This course is for teenagers who want to train seriously in a friendly and motivating environment.
The techniques taught here follow the same system as our adult class — including controlled face-level punches and kicks (with protective gear), movement-based drills, combinations, and sparring.

Training is adapted to match the needs of teens — both physically and mentally.
Whether you're a complete beginner or have previous experience with martial arts, you're welcome to join.

In each class we practice:

  • Opening meditation and warm-up.
  • Technical drills (solo and partner work).
  • Pad work and striking combinations.
  • Controlled sparring (with helmet).
  • Strength & conditioning.
  • Closing reflection and meditation.

We focus on building confidence, discipline, and mastery of technique. Students can also take regular belt exams to mark their progress — the reward is not just the belt, but the growth along the way. (for getting coler belt)
